How will I receive my report?

We will promptly e-mail you your report in PDF format. Please be sure your e-mail is set to allow attachments.

How long will it take for the actual inspection?

A thorough inspection usually lasts 3-4 hours. I encourage the
client to be present for as much of the inspection as possible. Take
the opportunity to educate yourself on the inner workings of your
home.

How long will it take to receive my e-mail with the PDF attached file?

You will receive your report within 24 hours of the inspection.

What do I do if I can't print the report?

We would be happy to print your report for you and either mail it or drop it off with your local realtor.
