Re: Home Inspection

We are planning on remodeling our house this year and thought it would be a good idea to have a home inspection before making plans with a contractor. Larry Olson was available and worked with our time schedule. I was very impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness of so many details that we, as homeowners, never noticed or considered. Larry discovered some structural problems that might have been overlooked by a contractor, but would have been very costly later. He noticed several electrical problems that could be dangerous for our family. Larry also pointed out the areas in our house that were in good working condition and gave us tips on how to save money with fixing minor problems. He had a friendly and professional demeanor that put us at ease. We appreciated his honesty and would recommend him to our family and friends.
